New Years Resolutions are easy to come by but hard to keep! Join us for this Shift Collab session where we explore techniques to help Set and Keep your goals in the year ahead.
Living abroad is not easy, especially during 2020 as international students navigate the unique challenges presented by COVID-19.
This virtual workshop is for all international students who want to have a place to discuss their experiences and learn coping strategies.
Led by Rasha Mardini, a Registered Psychotherapist from Shift Collab, this session will focus on practices that can be used by anyone to manage long-distance relationships, stress and grief, and dealing with being in a different country during difficult times.
This workshop is presented by Real Campus and WeSpeakStudent. All international students are welcome!
